We reserve the right to decline a new customer registration or suspend your account at any time based on our sole discretion.

Our Contract

Our Website invites you to buy goods from us. Once you have placed an order on the website, you may receive an order acknowledgement by email. This is not an order confirmation or acceptance from us. We have the right to approve or deny all orders.

Price

Prices on the website are the prices you will be charged when placing your order. Please note, due to currency fluctuations, our prices will occasionally vary, however you will only be charged the prices displayed on our website at the time of your order. We will debit the price, from your debit or credit card as you pass through the checkout phase.

Limited Production

We do our best to ensure that we have amazing availability but we do occasionally apply a limitation on the quantity that can be purchased at any given time.  We do not allow any single order to be for more than 5 units unless you have an established business account with BarChef. By item, We mean the package in which the item is sold. This is to ensure items are available to as many of our Customers as possible. If, for any reason whatsoever, we find that your order breaches this Policy, we reserve the right to amend your order and refund the difference.

Product Expiration Dates

All BarChef 21Spices products have a 3-month recommended shelf life to experience ultimate freshness.

Online Credit Card Security

All credit card transactions are handled using SSL (Secure Socket Layers) and to guarantee the security of your personal information. All Card payments are processed by PAYPAL or Google Checkout using a secured security system.  At no time are your credit card details held on file by BarChef.
